My name is Lori Rekowski, I'm the co-author of the book, "A Victim No More – How to Break Free from Self-Judgment" ... and... I'm the Director of CCDF (Congruent Consciousness Development Foundation) a foundation dedicated to creating collaborative projects regarding victim advocacy.

Today, my life’s mission is helping people overcome their traumatic experiences and feelings of being victimized.

During my college years I was violently date raped… went through domestic violence in my marriage… lived on the couches of friends… had struggles with child custody battles… nine years of being stalked…25 years of being undiagnosed Bipolar Disorder…lost a dear cousin to a horrible murder when he was helping a neighbor who was also being stalked…I failed in several businesses and suffered extreme poverty… can you relate to any of what I went through? I’m sure in some way you can. Or you know someone that is often experiencing turmoil in their lives and you want to help.

Believe me; I was living in the thick of victim consciousness! And, I found out that living your life as a victim is a no-win scenario!
